Rippling seeks a Growth Lead, SEM to own end-to-end SEM strategy and drive qualified pipeline across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets, shape the roadmap, and lead analytics with cross‑functional teams to connect channel decisions to revenue outcomes.
You will mentor other marketers, advance measurement capabilities, and push for incremental growth through testing and automation. This is a senior IC role in a rapidly growing org.
