Registered Nurse Program Coordinator - Orthopedic Operating Room

Role: The RN Program Coordinator provides clinical expertise, consultation, education, and research within their specialty area, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting evidence-based patient care. Responsibilities: Coordinate care across the continuum. Develop and review clinical protocols. Monitor care quality. Lead process improvements. Evaluate program effectiveness. May oversee personnel. Assist in strategic and budget planning. Serve as a liaison for stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license. BLS certification. BSN (with a pathway to obtain within four years). Expertise in disease-specific care. Experience with quality management. Proficiency in computer skills. Critical thinking. Educational program development. Preferred experience: 3-5 years in orthopedic or neuro surgery and RN coordinator or Charge RN roles. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to see, read, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment. and, if applicable, drive. Location & Compensation: Based at a hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with a pay range of $45.31 - $67.01 per hour, depending on experience.
