HowYou’llMake an Impact Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans Ensure compliance with federal,stateand local hiring regulations,maintainingaccuraterecords and audit processes Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreacheffectivenessand communicate actionable insights to business leaders Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements Working Conditions Office environment WhatYou’llBring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years ofhumanresources orrecruiting experience Skills Ability to read, write,speakand understand English Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats Ability tomaintainconfidentiality Ability to work independently,supervise and motivate others Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritizetasks and meet deadlines Ability to make decisions collaborativelyandsolve problemsunder pressure Ability to analyze and interpret dataeffectively Ability to present information to management Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to show judgment and initiative and toaccomplishjob duties Ability to use personal computer and software applicationssuch as word processingandspreadsheets Knowledge of broadband products and services Expert knowledge of recruitment trends,technologies,staffingand employment practices Working knowledge of market compensation trends Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications Skills 2+ years of management or leadership experience Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
