Marketing Integration Specialist

OverviewMB2 Dental is seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Marketing Integration Specialist to oversee and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem, vendor partnerships, and operational workflows. This role will play a critical part in creating structure, visibility, and consistency across marketing platforms, reporting, integrations, and onboarding processes.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable systems that improve efficiency and support organizational growth. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, IT, Compliance, Business Systems, and external vendors to ensure marketing technologies and integrations align with business objectives and operational standards.We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package that includes medical/dental/vision/life insurance, long- and short-term disability, generous PTO, paid holidays, traditional and Roth 401(k) options, and more.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the organization’s marketing technology ecosystem, platforms, and integrationsPartner with Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Business Systems teams to support integrations, workflows, and operational consistencyOversee relationships with marketing vendors, including performance management, recurring meetings, and reporting reviewsEvaluate new vendors, technologies, and AI tools to identify scalable solutions and process improvementsSupport onboarding and integration efforts for newly acquired partner practices and De Novo officesBuild and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and reporting across marketing systems and vendorsAnalyze vendor and platform reporting to identify trends, improve visibility, and provide actionable insightsIdentify opportunities to improve automation, system connectivity, and operational efficiency across the marketing organizationQualifications:Required Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, vendor management, or systems integrationExperience managing marketing platforms, software tools, or external vendor relationshipsStrong organizational, project management, and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsAbility to work independently while building scalable processes and systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-location organizations or healthcare environmentsExposure to AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologiesExperience building workflows, documentation, or operational systemsFamiliarity with CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and reporting platformsExperience supporting onboarding or integration initiatives across multiple locationsMB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.INDHRM200Job Summary
