• The Recruiting Coordinator will support campus recruiting efforts on a national level, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional candidate experiences.
• This is a remote, contract position lasting three months, ideal for professionals with recruitment or HR support experience.
• Contribute to the onboarding process, interview logistics, and career fair coordination while collaborating with dynamic teams.
• Utilize your expertise in applicant tracking systems, including Workday, to manage candidate workflows efficiently.
• Leverage your organizational skills to handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements effectively.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of recruitment-related tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to proactively address challenges and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion while interacting with candidates and senior professionals.

Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Post, update, and manage job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accurate candidate tracking.
• Coordinate career fair logistics, including material preparation, registration, and invoice processing.
• Support onboarding processes such as drug tests, background checks, and onboarding communications.
• Organize interview day logistics, including scheduling, catering, and transportation arrangements.
• Manage candidate travel bookings and expense reimbursements using Egencia and SAP systems.
• Process invoices related to recruitment activities, ensuring timely payments through Coupa.
• Generate offer letters and assist with candidate communications to enhance the recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with team members to proactively address recruitment challenges and improve processes.

Recruiting Coordinator Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment support; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google G Suite, and applicant tracking systems like Workday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to troubleshoot and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling tools, expense management systems, and invoice processing platforms.
