- Licensure/Certs: Medical license in Massachusetts, board certification in Pediatrics, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine or Critical Care Medicine preferred
- Experience: Prior NICU or critical care experience preferred
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Provide neonatal and pediatric critical care coverage as a backup NICU on-call physician
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to hospital protocols
- Support ongoing patient management in a fast-paced NICU environment
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Valid medical license in Massachusetts
- Certification in Pediatrics, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, or Critical Care Medicine (preferred)
- Prior experience in NICU or pediatric critical care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
This position involves providing on-call coverage for the NICU, supporting physicians and staff with neonatal and pediatric critical care needs.
