CNA LTCTryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment with possible extension. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Location: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16-week contract with possible extensionWork Schedule: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:15) Guaranteed hours: 36 Every other weekendResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingMonitoring and recording vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirationHelping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safetyProviding compassionate patient care and emotional supportAssisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient procedures and treatmentsMaintaining accurate patient records and documenting care providedEnsuring patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary suppliesObserving and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to nursing staffFollowing infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all timesAssisting with meal distribution and monitoring patients' food and fluid intakeTo be considered for this position, you should have:Current and valid CNA license in NY- No License hits allowedBLS/CPR certifiedStrong communication, organizational, and clinical skillsTryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
