Full responsibilities, required qualifications, and the apply link are listed in the description below.## Resume Keywords to IncludeMake sure these keywords appear in your resume to improve ATS scoringVisaMasterCardSkyengSign up free to auto-tailor your resume with all these keywords and get a higher ATS score## Job Description* Ведение претензионного цикла (chargeback) по транзакциям (e-comm, торговый эквайринг);* Сбор, проверка и подготовка документов по опротестованным транзакциям, для отправки в банк эквайер;* Взаимодействие с банками эквайерами по вопросам мошенничества и претензионной работы;* Мониторинг и выявление подозрительных операций, а также новых трендов мошенничества по платежным картам (e-comm, торговый эквайринг);* Взаимодействие с ТСП по выявленным подозрительным транзакциям, на предмет их правомерности;* Ведение отчетности по выявленным случаям мошенничества и входящих претензий;* Опыт работы в антифрод или претензионных подразделениях (банки, платежные сервисы) от 1 года;* Знание правил и требований МПС (Visa, MasterCard, МИР), в т.ч. проведения процедуры chargeback, проверки мерчантов, российского законодательства в части карточных операций;* Опыт работы с антифрод системами, анализа транзакционного потока;* Понимание принципов мошеннических схем, умение анализировать большой объем транзакций с целью поиска аномальной активности;* Английский язык - не ниже intermediate;* Аналитический склад ума, внимательность.* Конкурентная заработная плата (обсуждается после прохождения собеседования);* График 5/2 c 09:00 до 18:00 или 10.00 до 19.00;* Дистанционный формат работы;* Выдаем мощные рабочие ноутбуки;* 100% компенсация больничных листов и отпусков (28 календарных дней);* Корпоративная скидка на изучение английского языка в Skyeng.
