Build rapport, explain features and benefits of our solutions, and offer personalized proposals. Consult with customers, addressing their needs and closing sales. Enter job proposals into our CRM, keeping customer information up-to-date. Follow up as necessary, providing excellent customer service to finalize the sale. Offer financing options and collect payments and deposits. Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and improve performance. Maintain a valid driver's license for travel to scheduled appointments. What You Bring: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative role. Knowledge of construction or foundation systems is a plus. Ability to learn and apply our 10-Step Sales Methodology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. You're goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
