Bathing Brands is a well-established and growing organization in the sauna, steam, and experiential bathing space. We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between sales and construction — someone who’s just as comfortable working with customers as they are understanding how a project comes together.

This role works directly with homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients to design, quote, and guide custom bathing space projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Project Development

• Meet with customers to understand their space, goals, and budget
• Provide recommendations and customized solutions based on needs
• Prepare quotes and proposals using established pricing tools
• Convert approved quotes into project orders

Project Coordination

• Partner with construction and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates with customers
• Act as a point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Customer Experience

• Guide customers through design, product options, and build considerations
• Build trust through a consultative, solution-based approach
• Support follow-up and post-sale relationship building

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or trades
• Background in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles
• Ability to understand materials, project flow, and build considerations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
