Throughout your day, you'll listen to customer concerns, help them understand their vehicle's repair needs, communicate recommendations provided by our technicians, and guide them through the repair process with confidence and professionalism. You'll combine your sales experience with your automotive knowledge to recommend appropriate services while building trust and creating positive experiences that keep customers coming back. As the connection between customers and technicians, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer feels informed, valued, and well cared for.
