Joe Maggio LLC is a growing construction company seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Bilingual Interpreter (English/Spanish) to help bridge communication between management, field supervisors, and our Spanish-speaking workforce.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, and capable of communicating important information clearly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide verbal interpretation between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Assist with daily communication between office personnel, project managers, foremen, and field crews.
- Translate company policies, safety procedures, employee notices, and other workplace documents.
- Assist with communicating job assignments, schedules, and project expectations.
- Facilitate communication during employee meetings, training sessions, and safety discussions.
- Support Human Resources with employee onboarding, paperwork, and general employee communications.
- Assist with resolving workplace communication issues and ensuring employees understand company expectations.
- Communicate important information regarding jobsite safety, equipment operations, and company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information.
- Travel to construction jobsites as needed to assist with employee communication.
