A large, private dental group with 44 locations across 14 states is searching for a standout Operations Manager to lead our established and successful office in Keller, TX . This is an opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing dental practice while driving profitability and growth in a supportive, people-first environment.

  Lead and develop a dynamic dental team while creating a positive and professional office culture.

  Ensure smooth daily operations , including scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and systems.

  Partner closely with the doctor and team to ensure exceptional patient experiences .



• 
  

  Own the financial health of the practice—analyzing performance metrics, boosting revenue, and managing treatment presentations and patient financial arrangements.



• 
  

  Implement strategies to support practice growth and long-term success.



• 
  

  Manage staffing, training, compliance, and HR functions to keep the practice fully supported and thriving.

• 
  

  5+ years in dental practice settings, including 2+ years in leadership or management.



• 
  

  Deep knowledge of dental operations, billing, and insurance workflows.



• 
  

  Confident with numbers and financial goals—you enjoy using metrics to drive decisions.



• 
  

  Strong leadership and team-building skills.



• 
  

  Excellent communicator with a knack for solving problems and keeping things moving.



• 
  

  Associate degree or equivalent experience; continuing education in dental management is a plus.

• 
  

  Competitive salary ($55,000–$65,000 depending on experience)
