Aquatic Safety & Lifeguard Specialist

The YMCA in Gardena, CA is seeking a lifeguard to maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool and surrounding areas. You will monitor the aquatic zone, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies with CPR and rescue techniques, while completing reports and safety trainings. Required certifications include lifeguarding and First Aid/CPR; 1–2 years lifeguard experience preferred. A provisional hire option exists if enrolled in YMCA Lifeguard V6 within 30 days of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom - ATS
