Trusts & Estates Paralegal

To support a growing Private Wealth practice, the full-time Trusts & Estates Paralegal will manage all phases of probate and estate administration while working remotely and collaborating with attorneys and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of probate and estate administration, from opening estates through final distribution and closing Prepare and file probate pleadings, petitions, and other court-required documents Coordinate the collection, valuation, and distribution of estate assets Required Qualifications 7+ years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience, with a strong focus on probate administration Experience preparing probate court filings and managing estates through the full administration process Knowledge of estate and trust administration procedures, asset transfers, and fiduciary matters Exposure to estate, gift, or fiduciary tax filings is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously Virtual Vocations Inc
