EO Johnson Business Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Technology Consultant to grow our market presence by helping organizations improve productivity, efficiency, and document workflows through innovative business technology solutions. In this role, you'll build relationships with new and existing customers, identify business challenges, and recommend tailored solutions, including copiers, printers, software, and other workplace technology solutions. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating opportunities, and delivering consultative sales solutions, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Grow and develop business within an assigned territory while maintaining existing customer relationships Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling, in-person meetings, networking events, and community engagement Identify customer needs and recommend customized business technology solutions Build and foster meaningful relationships with prospects, customers, and internal team members Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations Coordinate equipment delivery and installation to ensure a positive customer experience Develop expertise in EO Johnson's products, services, and industry trends Participate in trade shows, open houses, demonstrations, and other business development activities Utilize CRM tools to schedule activities, document customer interactions, and manage opportunities Plan and organize sales activities to maximize territory growth Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business consultative sales experience selling business technology products and services Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience Proven track record of sales success Formal sales training Experience selling workplace technology, managed services, or office equipment solutions Why Join EO Johnson?
