We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager Our client is looking for a driven B2B sales hunter to join their growing team and take ownership of new business, dormant accounts, and existing customer growth. This is a high-autonomy opportunity for someone who wants to own the sales cycle, work directly with the CEO, and have a real impact on revenue. What we’re looking for: 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience Industrial manufacturing, precision components, engineering, or related experience Proven track record of generating revenue and closing business Experience selling to OEM purchasing and/or engineering teams Strong hunter mentality and self-starter mindset Ability to understand manufacturing drawings and capabilities Strong CRM and pipeline management skills Why consider it? $150k+ Y1 OTE!
