Business Development Manager Houses of Worship

We’re looking for ambitious, high‑energy Business Development Managers to help shape the future growth of our company by breaking into entirely new markets for professional audio technology. This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll be building new business where none exists yet—creating relationships from scratch and helping define how our world‑class audio solutions transform emerging experiences. This position will focus on entering new businesses in Houses of Worship. Candidate must be located near a metro airport for quick travel when necessary. What You’ll Do Build New Markets: Identify exciting “white space” opportunities for our professional audio solutions, pioneer entirely new verticals, and establish our presence there. Create Relationships That Drive Growth: Network with business leaders, consultants, architects, AV/IT professionals, influencers, and end users to develop partnerships that open doors and generate opportunities. Become a Trusted Advisor: Learn how to position cutting‑edge microphones, loudspeakers, DSP, and networked audio solutions to solve real business challenges in modern environments. Drive Revenue & Earn Without Limits: Build your own pipeline, close strategic opportunities, and directly influence company growth—earning unlimited commission. Help Shape the Future of the Company: Use your ideas, market insights, and customer feedback to influence future products, strategy, and expansion into new industries. Qualifications A recent graduate, ideally with a background or strong interest in audio, audio engineering, music technology, business, marketing, or communications. Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed. Naturally confident building relationships and starting conversations. Entrepreneurial mindset and a “go‑getter” attitude. Passion for technology, innovation, and emerging trends. Creative thinker who enjoys finding opportunities others miss. Comfortable using social media and modern communication tools to engage customers and build awareness. Resilient, self‑driven, and excited by performance‑based rewards. Success In This Role Looks Like Creating opportunities in brand‑new markets. Building long‑term strategic partnerships. Converting pilot projects into scalable business. Becoming a key contributor to company growth. Establishing yourself as a future leader within the organization. Benefits and Compensation Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year. Commission: Unlimited commission potential designed to reward high performance, with on‑target earnings (OTE) ranging from $130,000–$150,000 at 100% attainment, and the potential to earn significantly more for exceeding goals.
