What You'll Do :

Lead, inspire, and develop a talented culinary team.

Deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Oversee kitchen operations, food costs, labor, and inventory.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Create a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, passion, and pride.

What We're Looking For :

Executive Sous Chef experience in upscale or chef-driven restaurants.

A passion for Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and culinary excellence.

Strong leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.

A hands-on chef who leads by example and develops great people.
