We are seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resources Director to lead and manage all corporate HR functions while providing guidance and hands-on support to our facility-level HR teams as needed.

The ideal candidate must have healthcare HR experience and a strong understanding of the unique staffing, compliance, and employee-relations challenges within a healthcare environment. This position will maintain primary ownership of corporate HR operations while ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices across all supported facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all corporate HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy development.

• Serve as the primary HR leader and point of contact for corporate employees.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organization.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as applicable healthcare regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to facility administrators, leadership teams, and facility-level HR representatives.

• Assist facilities with employee relations, workplace investigations, corrective actions, terminations, leave administration, and other HR matters as needed.

• Promote consistent HR practices across corporate operations and all supported healthcare facilities.

• Review HR documentation and ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, employee retention, and performance initiatives.

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and leadership hiring efforts when needed.

• Identify potential HR and compliance risks and recommend practical solutions.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation for senior leadership.

• Travel to supported facilities as needed.

• Perform additional HR and leadership responsibilities based on organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years of progressive HR leadership experience.

• Healthcare human resources experience is required.

• Experience supporting multiple healthcare facilities or locations strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR compliance, workplace investigations, and performance management.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage sensitive and complex employee matters.

• Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with executives, administrators, clinical leaders, department heads, and facility-level HR teams.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
