Help Desk Analyst (Health Care)

We’re seeking an experienced Help Desk / Systems Analyst II for a long-term, open-ended opportunity within a healthcare environment. Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Important: This is a long-term overnight position, and candidates must be committed to working this schedule for the foreseeable future. Candidates must also be fully up to date on required immunizations and provide proof during onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient Help Desk customer service Answer, log, track, and evaluate technical issues and service requests Troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone whenever possible Utilize remote control tools to diagnose and resolve problems Route/escalate tickets to the appropriate individual or support queue Follow up with customers through issue resolution Maintain Help Desk manuals, contact information, policies, and procedures Provide administrative and organizational support to the Help Desk team Contribute to process improvement while following established procedures Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Help Desk experience Strong customer service and communication skills Associate degree or 2 years of college-level coursework Strong attention to detail Ability to follow procedures and contribute to improving processes Preferred: Healthcare environment experience A+ Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Revolution Technologies
