For more information, visit amplify.com.The Billing Operations Specialist plays a key role in the company’s financial operations by supporting all aspects of the billing cycle. This includes generating and distributing invoices, reviewing customer payments, and resolving billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite, a strong understanding of Salesforce, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Essential Responsibilities:Generate and issue accurate, timely invoices using NetSuiteReview customer payments, reconcile discrepancies, and support accounts receivable aging and collections processesPartner with Sales to ensure billing accuracy, using Salesforce to track customer accounts and purchase ordersCollaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve billing inquiries, payment discrepancies, and collections issuesWork cross-functionally to improve billing processes and ensure compliance with company policiesRequired Qualifications:Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial roleSkills:Strong problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:NetSuite: Experience with billing, invoicing, and reportingSalesforce: Experience using Salesforce to access customer and sales dataMicrosoft Excel: Advanced proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)Compensation:The hourly rate range for this role is $25.00-$30.00.Amplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
