Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Contribute your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting elementary-aged students in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity begins August 24, 2026, and continues through June 16, 2027. The position places a strong focus on direct support within classrooms, adapting to varying assignments as needed, and collaborating closely with school staff to deliver effective behavioral interventions and instructional support.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• Active Delaware PARA Permit (required)
• Prior experience in school settings, particularly with elementary or pediatric populations, is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to implement physical intervention strategies appropriately
• Skilled in collecting and recording behavioral and instructional data in the classroom
• Comfortable providing bathroom assistance, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene support (non-negotiable duty)
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to support various classrooms as needs shift
• Ability to reliably work a full onsite schedule with no accommodation for late arrivals or early departures
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral and instructional support to students in elementary school classrooms
• Employ effective and appropriate physical intervention strategies when necessary
• Accurately collect, record, and report data regarding student behavior and instructional progress
• Collaborate as a supportive team member, ready to assist in different classroom assignments as needed
• Participate fully in hygiene, toileting, and personal care duties for students as required by the position
