QA/QC Inspector

Find out more at What you’ll be doing: This role monitors and maintains Harder’s quality standards while complying with local and state regulations. You will work closely with other field team members to set quality standards and make suggestions to improve production without hindering quality of work. This is a long-term, direct-hire position; the successful candidate will be assigned to an existing project with the potential for project opportunities beyond their originally assigned project. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen to work on the client site. Quality Control Professionals at Harder perform the following daily tasks: Work with the field team on-site to ensure all quality standards are met Oversee operations and procedures to make sure there are no deviations from the quality requirements and standards Track quality control statistics, and complete necessary documentation for the Project Management team, and the client Inspect field work, and work with the Quality Control team to perform necessary tests and quality control assessments on-site Understand the quality requirements of the client, Harder Mechanical Contractors, and specific local and state regulations.
