Job Opportunity: Per Diem Physician in Anesthesiology
Our organization is currently seeking a dedicated Physician to join our Anesthesiology team on a per diem basis. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, faith-oriented environment.
About the CommunityLocated in Southern California, our area is recognized as the only Blue Zone in the United States, making it a family-friendly community with a strong emphasis on health and wellness. The organization is situated between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, in a region known as the Inland Empire. This expanding region boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational options, both public and private. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.
Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base compensation for this position ranges from $300 to $350 per hour, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base pay only and does not include additional variable compensation or productivity bonuses, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will take place during the recruitment process.
