This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.Available Shift - M-F Day shift 8:00 - 4:30Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings.
