WOW Guest Experience Specialist — Quick Issue Resolution

RaceTrac is seeking a Guest Engagement Specialist to deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues efficiently. You will handle calls, emails, and mail, entering and routing messages to ensure timely resolutions and excellent guest satisfaction. The role prioritizes a WOW guest experience, collaboration with multiple departments, and timely follow-up.
