Work Model:

On-Site

What You Will Do:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
Process and enter approved customer and accounting invoices accurately and efficiently
Review billing information to identify and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with internal departments to gather billing details and job-related information
Distribute invoices to customers and respond to billing inquiries professionally
Partner with corporate teams to address and resolve invoice-related issues
Meet critical month-end deadlines by completing billing activities within established timelines
Stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities and deliverables

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline
1+ years of related experience in a corporate setting preferred
Previous invoicing or billing experience is beneficial but not required
Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including debits and credits
Competency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
