The Opportunity:
- Support laboratory experiments and research activities.
- Prepare lab materials and samples for testing.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
- Assist with data collection and documentation.
- Maintain lab inventory and equipment.
- Previous experience with equipment maintenance.
- Experience with hand tools.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining and servicing diagnostic or laboratory equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing directly with the public.
- Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices.
- Experience in research or diagnostic laboratories preferred.
