Required skills and experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid SLP state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric caseloads, preferably in school or healthcare environments
• Knowledgeable and passionate about delivering SLP services in a home or school setting
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of client care and documentation
• Fully vaccinated, in accordance with protocols for working with immunocompromised individuals

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct two 45-minute individualized therapy sessions per week in the student’s home near Johnston, RI
• Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment of student’s speech and language needs
• Maintain clear communication with caregivers and educational partners regarding progress and strategies for continued growth
• Accurately complete progress notes and documentation in a timely manner
• Uphold strict infection control and safety procedures to protect the health and wellbeing of the student
