Forklift Operator – Warehouse
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support our growing operations.
Job Description
Division: Hans-Mill Corporation
Department: Warehouse/Distribution
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Position Summary:
This position is a key role in HMC’s daily operation. A Forklift Operators primary responsibility is unloading or loading at the manufacturing warehouse
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
- Operating forklifts safely and responsibly and complete company certification in compliance with OSHA 29CFR
- Responsible for unloading items or goods from the truck into the manufacturing warehouse from where they will be transferred to shelves/racking.
- Aside from offloading or unloading trucks, his/her job description also entails properly arranging or storing of unloaded items in the warehouse.
- Sorting of inbound goods
- Identify and annotate correctly any missing or damage items
- participates in cleaning and organizing the warehouse
- Assist in checking/or labeling orders to ship to internal or external customers
- Loading outbound trailers
- Participates in ALL cycle count activities
- Any other tasks asked to complete
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Drivers License

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
