Production Foreman

Production ForemanBemana is searching for a Production Foreman in the McKees Rocks, PA area to join the team of a provider of contract terminalling, blending, packaging, and shipping services for oil and chemical producers. As Production Foreman, your focus is working side by side with all Union Members on Mechanical aspects of our old, and new machinery/ production lines.Position offers:Salary range: $70,000-75,000Shift: 3PM-11PMPTO+ paid holidays each yearMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance (majority of premiums covered by employer)401K + company matchResponsibilities:Managing anywhere 15-30 Union Members between shifts will also be a key attributeReport project progress to superiorsWork closely with our Plant Management on projectsPlan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a jobEnsure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirementsMonitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlinesProvide direction and schedules to the manufacturing departmentSolve disputes between workersEnsure that a project is adequately staffedAssign tasks and plan productions jobs for union workers dailyEnsure that the project is staying on or under budgetHands on with projects and fixing equipment dailyHands on with cleaning and day-to-day production operatingQualifications:• High School Diploma or GED required• Hands on Mechanical experience required• Proven experience working in a supervisory role in the industry preferred• Ability to lift up to 50 poundsApplication Process: If your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.
