Summary Cook 2 / intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills, including hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. Must have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, work single stations in the kitchen, and be open to supervision and training. Qualifications Refined verbal communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift, pull, and push up to a moderate weight. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends. Two years of previous line experience preferred. Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills and work single station in the kitchen. A desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
