Draft primary transaction documents. Manage multiple deals simultaneously. Interact with clients and opposing counsel. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary and cross-border teams. Requirements 5-7 years of law firm experience in M&A and related transactions. Experience leading M&A deals and drafting transaction documents. Ability to manage multiple deals and collaborate with diverse teams. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Georgia.
