Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 3rd to 4th year Corporate Transactions Associate to join its Atlanta GA office on an in office basis. This is a strong opportunity for a corporate associate who wants to focus on sophisticated transactional work with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and related deal support, working closely with partners and lean teams. The platform offers a well established corporate practice with a collaborative, commercially focused approach and a steady pipeline of complex matters for middle market and larger company clients. The Opportunity You will support and run core aspects of M and A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating ancillary deal documents, coordinating closing deliverables, and managing workstreams across internal specialists and client stakeholders.
