Construction Payroll Specialist (Certified)
Hoar
Hoar is seeking a Certified Payroll Administrator to oversee weekly payroll report collection for projects on federally funded sites. You will monitor inboxes, collect SF1413s, verify wage determinations, and ensure WH347 accuracy for Davis-Bacon compliance.
You will coordinate with trade partners and field office staff to ensure timely submission, maintain payroll logs, and manage cross-checks on wage-rate sheets for each project site.
