Customer Service Representative

Location: Hudson, NY (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Hudson, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, processing orders, solving problems, and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced office environment.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we also welcome motivated candidates with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and email with orders and inquiries.
• Process customer orders, order changes, and product quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and records.
• Track order status and provide timely updates.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Review order details for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management software is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
