Conduct in-depth market analysis to recommend optimal listing prices and maximize results for sellers. Manage MLS listings and marketing campaigns, using digital tools, social media, and marketing systems to drive visibility and quick sales. Collaborate effectively with virtual staff to streamline operations and deliver efficient, modern client service. Leverage technology platforms and team systems to track progress, report results, and maintain accountability. Participate in ongoing professional development, including lead generation training, script practice, and team coaching.
