HR Generalist

We are recruiting for a national organization based in Baltimore County. salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff regarding workplace guidelines, organizational best practices, and conflict resolution.
• Help drive internal corporate projects, workflow improvements, and team-centric programs from planning to execution.
• Oversee employee relations matters, managing investigations and resolution processes with high discretion.
• Monitor employment law compliance, track department data, and utilize HR systems to provide actionable internal insights.
