SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for an experienced Schedule Coordinator to join our team at our Westside Olympia office in the KeyBank Building.

The Schedule Coordinator plays a vital role in our operation by matching our caregivers with clients who need in-home care. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change quickly. Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a family-oriented office team.

The Position

The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating caregivers for shifts with seniors in their private homes throughout:

Olympia • Tumwater • Lacey • Shelton • Yelm • Dupont • Centralia

Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

The Schedule Coordinator also participates in our shared On-Call rotation , working with approximately three other managers. This generally means being on call once or twice during the week and approximately one weekend per month.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

• Has at least two years of experience as a scheduler , preferably in home care, healthcare, or a similar service environment

• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once

• Has excellent communication and people skills

• Is comfortable working with computers and has experience with Microsoft Word and Gmail

• Has experience with scheduling software; home-care software experience is a plus

• Can remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when unexpected scheduling challenges arise

• Takes pride in being dependable and following through and coordinating of services

• Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, supportive workplace

Experience as a professional caregiver is a plus. A current CNA or HCA license is also a plus.

You will train alongside our existing Scheduler on our industry-leading software (AxisCare) designed specifically to schedule and manage a home-care operation.

Additional Requirements

• Two years of scheduling or similar experience preferred

• Must meet applicable vaccination requirements for working with a vulnerable population and be willing to receive vaccinations as required

• Professional, conservative business attire is required in the office

• Must have a car and car insurance
