The world can't wait.You Have:8+ years of experience with practicing employment law in a law firm or corporate or government environmentExperience with advising clients and business partners at all levels of leadership on a wide range of employment-related matters, including disciplinary actions and separations, performance and behavior management issues, workplace safety and wellness concerns, military and medical leaves of absence, and accommodationsExperience with the full cycle of litigating employment matters, including initial case evaluation, communicating with opposing counsel, engaging outside counsel, reviewing pleadings and motions, discovery, mediation, and trialExperience with leading or advising on complex employment investigations of violations of law or policy, including matters involving employee misconduct, such as allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and conflict of interestExperience with drafting and enforcing non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and navigating through strategic and complex non-compete related issuesExperience with drafting EEOC position statements and persuasive correspondenceAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, listen actively and ensure that the right questions are being asked and answered, exercise judgment and discretion to navigate novel and complex issues, and advise when there is no clear path forwardAbility to translate technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions and execute against clear objectives, priorities, and success metricsJ.D. degreeActive bar admission in any U.S. state or the District of ColumbiaNice If You Have:Experience with government contracting, including with or in technology companiesExperience with large law firm and in-house rolesExperience with working under pressure, managing multiple complex matters simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
