• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for project-related events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Operate office management tasks including filing and data entry.
• Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with team members and clients.
• Support bilingual communication efforts when necessary to enhance collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Experience

• Entry-level experience in an administrative or project support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in calendar management and office management practices.
• Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar healthcare environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with various phone systems and office technology is advantageous.
