Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

Location: Auburn, CA

Shift: M-F 7am to 3:30pm

Join our growing team as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator! We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
Package and prepare orders for shipment.
Create shipping labels and documentation.
Coordinate shipments with carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight providers.
Track shipments and assist with delivery issues.
Maintain inventory and shipping supplies.
Keep the shipping area organized and efficient.
Support purchasing and inventory functions as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and shipping software experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, aviation, regulated industries, inventory systems, or international shipping.
