Responsibilities Hours vary: shifts may include days, evenings and weekends. Pay rate: $22.29/hour. Positive and peppy outlook. Previous customer service experience, preferably in parking. Independent self‑starting, can‑do work ethic. Team‑building attitude. Assist in day‑to‑day management of the location ensuring parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines and company policies. Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Assist with day‑to‑day activities and management duties as assigned. Assist customers courteously. Maintain and repair parking equipment and carry out general maintenance tasks as directed. Report accidents, violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager. Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc. Substitute for any position if necessary. Know the entire garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area. Complete other duties as needed. Basic Function Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business. Qualifications Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training. Communication: Speaks clearly, listens, responds to questions, writes clearly and informatively. Customer service: Maintains a positive attitude and responds to service requests. Adaptability: Adapts to changes, deals with delays or unexpected events. Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. License requirement: Valid state‑issued driver’s license if expected to drive a company vehicle. Physical demands: Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, lift up to 25 pounds, occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling or crouching. Salary Pay rate: $22.29/hour.
