Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Screenplay Shirts is looking for an experienced, dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Vineyard, Utah. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, working with both people and products, and taking ownership of their area. We're looking for someone interested in stable, long-term employment and becoming an important part of our team. Previous shipping/receiving experience and forklift experience are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
Our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator helps keep products moving efficiently into and out of our production facility. Responsibilities include:
- Receive and verify incoming apparel and other products
- Enter received products accurately into our computer system
- Organize incoming orders for our production teams
- Load and unload deliveries
- Safely operate a forklift
- Prepare, package, and ship completed customer orders
- Create shipping labels and process outgoing shipments
- Keep the shipping and receiving areas clean and organized
- Manage our Will Call area and assist customers picking up orders
- Work closely with our production and office teams to keep orders moving accurately and on time
- Help identify and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related experience
- Previous forklift experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to stand, bend, move, and lift throughout the workday
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- A desire for long-term employment - we're looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with us
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour. Screenplay offers:
- Full-time, consistent hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends
