Are there nurse aids/surgical techs on this unit? 1 Surgical tech
OB/Neonatologist in house 24/7? Not in house
Anesthesia in house 24/7? Not in house
RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) No
Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit? Are RNs required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors? No to adult telemetry. Fetal monitoring is requiredShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Fill current holes then can group or seperate shifts depending on preference
