Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our rapidly growing technology company. For over two decades, APP has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the firearms, medical, industrial and defense industries. Our proprietary technologies, ProtoMIM ® and Printalloy Ò position APP as the first choice for some of the largest Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in the country. We design, engineer and produce metal components that improve the performance of our clients' medical devices, hand tools, firearms, and sporting goods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations and provide operators/technicians with direction and priority on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete production plan
• Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime
• Work in conjunction with planner to allocate and schedule resources to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and throughput
• Ability to start up and shutdown entire physical plant
• Responsible for coaching, training, and disciplining employees
• Maintain safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Technical Degree and 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing
• Experience with Injection molding, PLC programming, or CNC programming preferred
• Proven leadership ability
