Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,116 – $2,132 per week Contract duration: 4 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12) Start date: 05/25/2026 Setting: hospital-based Med Surg Tele assignment EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years required Responsibilities Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to adults in the Med Surg Tele unit, including medical-surgical and oncologic-leaning cases Monitor patient status and telemetry data, respond to changes in condition, and implement nursing interventions per physician orders and unit protocols Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies, including blood products, IV antibiotics, anticoagulants, and chemotherapy/biotherapy as trained Maintain central lines and perform IV starts; assist with tube feedings as needed; manage related equipment and supplies Document assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Requirements Active RN license in Vermont or ability to obtain VT licensure Certifications: BLS and ACLS; NIHSS required; Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification preferred EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years is required Prior travel nursing experience is required Oncology care exposure and ability to care for patients with complex medical needs is preferred Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a hospital Med Surg Tele setting Benefits and Support Dedicated support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance to expedite start 24/7 recruiter and travel support during the assignment Assignment-related resources and guidance for scheduling and transition Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
