Glendale, United States | Posted on 06/29/2026 The Intake Specialist supports the firm’s client intake and onboarding operations by serving as a primary point of contact for veterans seeking legal assistance. This role is responsible for conducting intake evaluations, managing client communications, gathering documentation, and ensuring accurate case entry and data integrity. Reporting to the Intake Manager, this position plays a critical role in creating positive client experience while maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing high-volume client interactions while maintaining exceptional service standards.
