Patient Services Ambassador (Dietary Aide)

Perform a variety of duties to ensure customer and patient satisfaction, including: Ensuring that patient meal selections are as close to mealtime as possible and adjusting selections for diet restrictions with the patient. Updating and correcting patient‑selected menus with patient knowledge only and using the menu correction guide to avoid serious errors. Describing ingredients and features of all menu items. Performing data entry of patient food preferences into the Patient Services Software Platform. Using the EPIC platform as needed or directed. Performing other reasonable duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED plus additional courses or training, or equivalent knowledge or experience preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19, or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying that you choose to be exempt after hire.
